She works with the CRM part of Dynamics 365, Dynamics 365 Human Resources, Power Platform, ClickDimensions and Dynamics 365 Marketing.

Malin was awarded the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP title) in July 2019 and became Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) in 2020.
